en. provides an online platform where you can connect with professional wedding planners/photographers/venues/ to organize a wedding or photo shoot in Japan, whether through our website or our mobile applications (“Platform”), which services are accessible at http://www.en-wedding.jp By using the Site or Application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Conditions (“Terms”), whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, Application and Services and all Collective Content (defined below), and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and en. Please also read carefully our Privacy Policy at http://en-wedding.jp/policy/. If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the Site, Application or Services. Failure to use the Site, Application or Services in accordance with these Terms may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

Payment Processing Errors

We will take steps to rectify any payment processing errors that we become aware of. These steps may include crediting or debiting (as appropriate) the same payment method used for the original payout to or payment by you, so that you end up receiving or paying the correct amount.

Foreign Currency

en. the online platform facilitates bookings between people and wedding planner/photographer/venue who may prefer to pay and to receive payments in different currencies, which may require foreign currency conversions to accommodate these differing currency preferences. Although the en. platform allows users to view the price of Listings in a number of currencies, the currencies available for users to make and receive payments may be limited, and may not include the default currency in any given geographic location.

Each foreign currency conversion is processed at a foreign currency conversion rate. This rate generally refers to the amount of one currency that must be paid to buy a certain amount of another currency at a given time. Please note that en. may impose or deduct foreign currency processing costs on or from any payments in currencies other than Japanese YEN.

International Shipping

Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. which is not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
en. will not replace or offer refunds for orders which are abandoned due to non-payment of taxes and fees required by your country.
